Strategy, Brand, Website and Launch Proposal

RAW Wellness | Proposal

This document is provided in confidence for internal review only. It outlines Jewell's current strategic read on the RAW Wellness and Biohacking Resort opportunity based on briefing conversations and currently shared inputs.
Some commercial, operational, and market assumptions will need to be validated during the strategy phase. This proposal is designed to support an approval decision, not to act as a final operating plan.

RAW Wellness and Biohacking Resort has the ingredients for a standout destination in Thailand: premium location, ambitious wellness and recovery infrastructure, performance capability, event flexibility, and strong network upside.
The opportunity is not small. The issue is that the commercial wrapper has not been built yet.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
4
Soft opening targeted, with broader launch momentum around New Year.
The build is moving, but the brand is not yet defined. No website, no launch system, no sharpened digital front door.
Audience definition remains too broad for efficient targeting and spend.
This is the stage where smart strategic decisions prevent expensive downstream rework.
Done now, this creates leverage. Done later, it creates cleanup.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
5
Right now RAW could be described to too many different audiences. That creates possibility, but it also creates commercial blur. For launch, the smarter move is to prioritise three segments first.
People seeking privacy, credibility, advanced recovery support, and a premium healing environment.
Elite or aspirational performers seeking serious training, recovery, and transformation infrastructure.
A recurring-revenue base who value exclusivity, access, community, and premium wellness amenities.
The first job is not to say more. It is to choose what matters first.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
6
A yoga retreat
A budget fight camp
A generic luxury spa
A broad "wellness for everyone" destination
A premium medically-informed performance and recovery destination
Built for high-value guests who want privacy, credibility, and transformation
Combining advanced wellness, recovery, training, and hospitality in one place
Clarity here sharpens the moat, the message, and the spend.

Jewell sits between strategy, brand, digital experience, and launch. We help founders and operators turn strong ideas into commercially coherent systems.
We are not here to just make RAW look polished. We are here to help shape the market-facing version of the business so the launch lands properly.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
8
The partnership should feel like an extension of your team, not an outsourced black box. That means clear ownership, direct communication, project visibility, and momentum you can actually see.
This is the posture required for a project like RAW.

Jewell's 3D Process™ is the commercialisation framework we use to turn raw opportunity into a market-ready system.
Clarify launch audiences. Pressure-test concept and offer mix. Map competitors, white space, and commercial edge. Define customer journey and launch priorities.
Shape positioning platform and messaging hierarchy. Build premium brand direction and visual system. Define website structure and conversion logic.
Prepare website, launch assets, and activation pathway. Align content, proof, and partner-facing materials. Build launch sequence around the opening window.
The point is to move from concept energy to commercial readiness.
RAW Wellness | Proposal

Different categories. Same commercial challenge: turn vision believe and connection.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
11
Jewell has already worked across med-health tech commercialisation where the challenge was not just marketing, but building the strategic spine behind the offer.
Clarified audience and sharpened the core value proposition
Shaped the strategic growth roadmap
Developed brand and website direction
Created investor and go-to-market materials
Turned complexity into a commercially legible story
RAW Wellness | Proposal
12
Audience prioritisation. Offer and package architecture. Positioning and category lane.
Messaging hierarchy. Brand direction. Premium visual identity system.
Structure, narrative, and conversion path. Launch-ready digital front door.
Phased activation roadmap. Content and proof strategy. Opening and partner sequence.
This is how RAW stops being just a compelling concept and becomes a premium launch-ready brand.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
13
There is also a second adjacent opportunity to build into the broader commercial roadmap: premium peptides sourced from an approved facility in Thailand, with an expected approval window of roughly 3 to 4 months.
This should not distract from the primary launch story. It should be framed explicitly as a phase-two product and commercial extension, introduced only once approvals, compliance, credibility, and core positioning are properly in place.
Performance, recovery, and longevity positioning
Potential premium product revenue stream
Future content and credibility asset if handled carefully
Sits behind the core resort launch, not competing with it
This is upside later, not complexity now.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
14
Ambitious vision
Broad audience story
No defined front-end brand system
No website or launch pathway
Sharper positioning
Prioritised launch audiences
Premium brand and message system
Conversion-minded website direction
Clearer opening sequence and launch plan
Optional future product extension already considered strategically
Clarity first. Brand second. Launch third.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
15
Audience, offer, positioning, and launch logic. The thinking that everything else is built on.
Message hierarchy, visual direction, and site structure. The front-end system that converts.
Activation roadmap, proof plan, and opening sequence. The pathway to December and beyond.
This structure protects the build while reducing wasted execution.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
16
A sharper strategic foundation before launch spend accelerates
A clearer pitch to future guests, members, and partners
A premium digital presence built to convert, not just impress
More efficient allocation of budget across brand, web, and launch
A clearer roadmap through to the December opening window
The earlier the spine is built, the more value the rest of the project can carry.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
17
The next step is our proprietary 3D Process, starting with 'Discovery' to build the brand, position, and launch system strong enough to match the vision.
RAW Wellness | Proposal
18
Strategy. Brand. Website. Launch.
A staged engagement built for a category-defining wellness destination in Thailand.
This proposal is designed to support an approval decision. All assumptions will be validated during the strategy phase.
